ADU 201 Project

Newly Built 3-Bed, 2-Bath Detached ADU

This type 2 ADU is cool and modern with high ceilings and stylish laminate floors, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It’s a detached ADU spanning 1170 sq. feet, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great kitchen, and a spacious living room. The project began in February 2023 and wrapped up in 10 months, which included four months for permits and another four for construction.

Garage Converted 3-Bed, 2-Bath Detached ADU
